About Me
I am Arielle (Ari) Kantor, CEO of AriFit Wellness Education.
My journey catalyzed from Krav Maga training. At 18, I became the youngest Krav Maga instructor in the United States (and one of the youngest female instructors worldwide!) to earn the responsibility of instructing Krav Maga self-defense. After 1200+ hours of instructor training and over 13 years of Krav Maga experience, I now take pride in what it means to “fight like a girl."
As a professional, I continue training in boxing, BJJ, and Muay Thai. I am continuously adapting my martial arts mindset in order to understand what is best for the people who are starting their empowerment journey to advance to their next level! I will always stay a curious student in all aspects, as my training & teaching journey does not end.
Alongside training and teaching self-defense, I became extremely interested in recovery, body mechanics and pain prevention.
Many martial artists end their training with muscular imbalances, horrible posture, and very limited range of motion. After learning to minimize my chronic migraines, neck, foot and back pain through holistic practices, I began my journey in helping others.
Since then, I expanded my expertise to perform deep-tissue myofascial bodywork & full-body stretch therapy using hands-on techniques of deep muscle stimulation, TENS unit, muscle gun deep healing, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and fascial stretching.
I am a major advocate in preventative health and have perfected my techniques working with StretchU, harnessing skills from world-class Fitness Quest 10, and learning alternative healing methods including certifications in Fascial Stretch Therapy.
