My Self-Defense Journey
When I was 18, I completed 2,200 hours of Krav Maga instructor training and became the youngest Krav Maga Self-Defense instructor in the United States.
As I’ve been training in Krav Maga since 2007, I find it important to adapt my martial arts mindset to our current times.
So, I continue to train in boxing, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai, so I can properly support people who are starting their MMA, mobility, or self-defense journeys.
While my main offering is Krav Maga Self-Defense trainings…
…I also facilitate lectures, seminars, and hands-on training for agencies, organizations, schools, and companies in San Diego County.

Womxn (noun) is a gender-inclusive spelling of “woman” that includes cisgender women, transgender women, non-binary individuals, and others who identify with womanhood. People who fall into any of these categories deserve to feel safe and receive training that prevents hazardous encounters.
