Meet Your Stretch Therapist, Ari Kantor

When I was a teenager training in Krav Maga…

…I loved the physicality of sparring and intense workouts. But with that intensity came frequent injuries. I was desperate for relief, begging my family to take me to the chiropractor. Finally, they did – and it changed everything. 

That first adjustment opened my eyes to alternative therapies.

From there, I experienced other healing modalities, like massage and bodywork, which deepened my understanding of how the body works and heals.

It reshaped my view of pain management and recovery, making me realize that movement, posture, and awareness are the foundation of a pain-free life.

I wanted to help others discover this freedom for themselves.

That drive led me to pursue training in personal fitness, movement patterns, and injury prevention, with guidance from incredible mentors like Todd Durkin at Fitness Quest. Working with elite athletes, I learned techniques that bridged movement, recovery, and performance.

From there, I specialized in stretch therapy and bodywork techniques, earning certifications in:
