MY JOURNEY TO PAIN PREVENTION
During years of martial arts training, I suffered from major “chronic” pains. I jumped from doctor to doctor asking for the way to diminish my pains. After interning alongside Dr. Todd from The League Chiropractic & Todd Durkin from Fitness Quest 10, my curiosity and deep desire for knowledge transformed. I began studying to understand all aspects of pain prevention and the connection between brain & body mechanics.
Many athletes, including myself, are tired after their training and therefore slump their posture resulting in tight & extremely limited range of motion. I became obsessed with analyzing sports & daily activities of athletes while learning about how their activities inhibit their own unique neuromuscular function and structure.
I learnt to minimize my own chronic pains through alternative medicine, rather than prescription and surgery. This began my journey in continuing my education and helping others heal through customized treatment.
